Beaten the Elite Four? Want to get your beloved Pokemon back from R/S/E/FR/LG? I know what you're asking. 'How do I do this?' Look no further than the guide you are reading. First, you need to have beaten the Pokémon League and seen all 150 Pokémon in the Sinnoh Dex. After completing these things head over to Professor Rowan's house, where none other than Professor Oak, from the Kanto region, will greet you. After seeing all 150 Pokemon in the Sinnoh Dex he will congratulate you be upgrading your Pokedex!

Note: Although not listed, it is of course possible to obtain many of the listed Pokémon through evolution. Generally, the easiest way to find the relevant Pokémon is listed, although many more ways are possible. Pokemon that are catchable only after obtaining the National Dex, such as Gengar by inserting any GBA cartridge, are not listed.

I could never capture palkia in diamond only see him. Although I did catch giratina (this was in diamond Only)its taking ages for me to complete the pokedex but this site helped loads
